Common questions
The things people ask before ordering
Does my requisition expire?New
No. Your requisition never expires. You can download it from your account any time and take it, with a photo ID, to any partner lab whenever you are ready.
Do I need a physician's order?
No. A physician in your testing partner's network authorizes your order, so you can get drawn without a referral.
Where do I get my blood drawn?
At any of 5,000+ partner lab locations, including Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics and BioReference. Take the requisition we email you plus a photo ID and walk in, or book with the lab to avoid the wait. The draw itself takes a few minutes.
Does the price include the draw?
Yes. One price covers the panel and the lab draw, and your order is physician-authorized. There is nothing to pay at the draw, no membership, and no separate lab bill.
How fast are results?
Results are usually ready within a few business days of your draw, though some markers take longer. We email you as soon as they are ready, and you sign in to your account to read them. The email itself carries no values and does not name your panel, because email is not a secure channel.
What if a result comes back outside the range?
Every marker arrives with the lab's own reference range beside it, so anything sitting outside that range is visible at a glance. Health Panel does not interpret results, and nothing here is a diagnosis. Take anything that concerns you to your own physician.
Can I pay over time?
On one-time orders, yes. Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay may be offered as payment options at checkout, splitting the cost into smaller payments. Approval and the exact terms are decided by the provider at checkout, and this financing is not available when you choose a subscription plan.
Can I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel from your account. A plan has a minimum of 2 panels, so cancelling before the last of them does not stop that renewal, and after that cancelling stops future renewals. Any panel you already paid for stays yours to use. A one-time order is fully refundable until it is relayed to our testing partner.
